Our Needs
Elks Camp Grassick is extremely grateful for the support of generous people who make it possible for us to serve our special campers.  In assessing the needs of our camp facilities and the population we serve, we have several upcoming projects planned including a kitchen and dining hall expansion and a new therapy/classroom building.  Our current project is the construction of a new bathroom/dorm/storm shelter facility.  The bathroom portion of this project will allow us to better serve our campers with the highest needs by providing larger shower stalls to accommodate wheelchairs and shower chairs.  This is a necessity to make showering safer and more accessible for our campers.  New dorms will allow us to grow and provide more living space for campers and staff.  Lastly, a ground level storm shelter will provide a safe place that is easily accessible to campers with mobility challenges.
Currently there are no accessible changing areas in the bathrooms so campers must be undressed in their cabins and then taken to shower.
Shower chairs do not fit into most of our current showers.
Our current bathroom facilities are sometimes unsafe and uncomfortable for individuals in wheelchairs.
How Can I Contribute?
The key reason people make a charitable gift is that they want to make a positive difference in the world or in the lives of others.  Our current goal is to raise $1 Million.  Can we count on you to donate to our Capital CAMPaign project?  By making a tax deductible donation, you will be directly impacting the lives of the people we serve by helping them to gain independence, grow socially and academically, build confidence and enjoy a summer camp experience.  Additionally, you will be recognized for your generosity on our Legacy Wall.

You can donate directly from the donate button below.  Please designate your donation to the Capital CAMPaign. You can also mail a check to Camp Grassick or contact us for more information. Donors are encouraged to seek their own professional counsel regarding planned contributions to the ND Elks Camp Grassick Capital CAMPaign project.
